Checkout in 6 simple steps

STEP 1 | CHOOSE YOUR BIKE

Browse our collection of bikes or come visit our Bristol workshop for a test ride.
Once you have chosen which bike and accessories you would like, click on the contact us button below, and select "Cycle to Work Scheme" as the subject of your enquiry and our friendly support team will walk you through the following steps.

STEP 2 | pay admin fee & confirm delivery method

We charge an upfront £95 administration fee (non-refundable) for all orders paid through a cycle to work scheme.
Once the admin fee has been paid, your bike order is reserved for 90 days, locking in the price and availability of the products, whilst we wait for your voucher to be issued.
If you provide us with a valid voucher after this date, we cannot guarantee availability of the products in your original order.
We will ask you to confirm and pay for your delivery preference too.
Shipping is not covered by the value of a voucher and is paid alongside the admin fee.
Collection from our Bristol Workshop is free of charge.

STEP 3 | GET A QUOTE TO CLAIM YOUR VOUCHER

Our customer support team will provide you with a complete quote for your order.
The quote will only include the products that a voucher can be used to pay for.
Delivery & Admin fees are excluded.

STEP 4 | contact your employer

Provide your employer with the quote for the bike and any accessories.
They will provide you with a voucher from their chosen Cycle to Work Scheme provider.

STEP 5 | UPLOAD THE VOUCHER FOR US TO REVIEW

Once you have received your scheme voucher, send it to us using the submission details below.
Our team will then validate & redeem the voucher within 2 working days. They will contact you via email if there are any issues.

STEP 6 | WE BUILD YOUR BIKE

We're all set to go at this stage, the scheme provider will validate the redemption and our team will build your bike in the workshop, ready for it to be collected or dispatched to you within 1-2 weeks of receiving the valid voucher.
You will receive an email notification when the bike is ready.

SALES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Temple Cycles allows the purchase of sale and discounted items via the Cycle to Work schemes however, please note that you will still incur the admin fee as specified above.
